I took this shot after hiking along Doanes Falls, in great contrast this part of my trip was quiet and serene. Kayaks launched from the right of this scene from Tully Lake Campground. I don't often take shots of gray skies but I really like the somber quiet feel to this photo.

Welcome to my gallery. Though I love both oil painting and photography, my focus here is photography. I took up photography to build up reference material for my oil painting, but I found I loved it as an art form in and of itself. I enjoy hiking in the Central MA area and vacationing in Maine.
