I'm fascinated with apple trees, how they seem to wind and twist. I especially love them in the winter when the contrast with the snow is so distinct. The black and white image really enforces the contrast.

Welcome to my gallery. Though I love both oil painting and photography, my focus here is photography. I took up photography to build up reference material for my oil painting, but I found I loved it as an art form in and of itself. I enjoy hiking in the Central MA area and vacationing in Maine. You will find most of my work focuses on these regions, both beautiful and special in their own way. I feel fortunate to reside in Central MA, with my family, and live in the midst of such beautiful subject matter.
