This frog peaking out from under the lily pads lives in an aquatic garden at Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston MA. The time of year was very early autumn and the lily pads were starting to turn color.
Welcome to my gallery. Though I love both oil painting and photography, my focus here is photography. I took up photography to build up reference material for my oil painting, but I found I loved it as an art form in and of itself. I enjoy hiking in the Central MA area and vacationing in Maine. You will find most of my work focuses on these regions, both beautiful and special in their own way. I feel fortunate to reside in Central MA, with my family, and live in the midst of such beautiful subject matter.

Judy, thank you very much for the feature of my frog photo. I really appreciate it.

This is a super piece I love the colours because they allow you to still see the frog/toad. L/F
