As many times as I've visited Gloucester MA in recent years I hadn't been to Wingaersheek Beach since I was about 5 years old. I made the trip up during a moody autumn day and was not disappointed. The gray sky against the ocean, rocks and sand dunes was a really beautiful site.
Welcome to my gallery. Though I love both oil painting and photography, my focus here is photography. I took up photography to build up reference material for my oil painting, but I found I loved it as an art form in and of itself. I enjoy hiking in the Central MA area and vacationing in Maine. You will find most of my work focuses on these regions, both beautiful and special in their own way. I feel fortunate to reside in Central MA, with my family, and live in the midst of such beautiful subject matter.
