York Beach Maine is a favorite summer vacation spot for my family. We love long days on Long Sands Beach and frequent visits to Nubble Lighthouse. This particular visit was a bit wet with rain and gloomy skies. I grabbed this shot between bursts of rain. I loved how the mist almost clouds the lighthouse.

Welcome to my gallery. Though I love both oil painting and photography, my focus here is photography. I took up photography to build up reference material for my oil painting, but I found I loved it as an art form in and of itself. I enjoy hiking in the Central MA area and vacationing in Maine. You will find most of my work focuses on these regions, both beautiful and special in their own way. I feel fortunate to reside in Central MA, with my family, and live in the midst of such beautiful subject matter.
