On my way home from a hike at the Quabbin Reservoir, I saw this scene and immediately pulled over and got out the camera. I thought the still water, cloud reflections and later afternoon light were quite striking.
Welcome to my gallery. Though I love both oil painting and photography, my focus here is photography. I took up photography to build up reference material for my oil painting, but I found I loved it as an art form in and of itself. I enjoy hiking in the Central MA area and vacationing in Maine. You will find most of my work focuses on these regions, both beautiful and special in their own way. I feel fortunate to reside in Central MA, with my family, and live in the midst of such beautiful subject matter.
