Apple trees in the winter while bare of leaves provide the most interesting shapes. Each their having their own personality. I find them peaceful to look at and as beautiful in Winter as I do the rest of the year especially in the snow. This photo was taken at Meadowbrook Orchards in Sterling MA in Central MA.

Welcome to my gallery. Though I love both oil painting and photography, my focus here is photography. I took up photography to build up reference material for my oil painting, but I found I loved it as an art form in and of itself. I enjoy hiking in the Central MA area and vacationing in Maine. You will find most of my work focuses on these regions, both beautiful and special in their own way. I feel fortunate to reside in Central MA, with my family, and live in the midst of such beautiful subject matter.
